Last updated: November 04, 2026
Welcome to PeerAid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeerAid platform, including our website, application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About PeerAid
PeerAid is a peer-to-peer commerce platform operated by PEERAID ENT ("PeerAid", "we", "us") - a registered branch of ESSYS GLOBAL HELP LIMITED, a company registered in Accra Ghana under registration number CS201732018 of the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) Ghana, with its registered office at 3 ALLOTEI BULLEY RD DANSOMAN ACCRA.
PeerAid connects suppliers, storefront owners, and retailers in a mobile-money-powered marketplace. PeerAid is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers on the Platform. We provide the infrastructure that allows these transactions to occur and the mechanisms by which commissions are calculated and paid.
2. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- •You must be a resident of Ghana and use a Ghana-registered mobile money number for transactions.
- •You must not have been previously suspended or banned from PeerAid.
3. Account Types
PeerAid offers three account types:
- StoreOwner — full access. Can sell from their storefront, supply products, build a multi-level team, and progress to Level 5.
- Retailer — sales-focused. Can sell from their storefront and earn tier bonuses, but cannot supply products or build a team. Permanently capped at Level 1 after activation.
- Supplier — products-focused. Can submit products for sale across all storefronts, but cannot build a team. Permanently capped at Level 1 after activation.
Your account type is selected at registration and cannot be changed.

13. Intellectual Property
The PeerAid name, logo, software, and content are owned by PEERAID ENT. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload (product descriptions, images), but grant PeerAid a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
